I could get the original builder to change them but that will cost around $5-7 per sign.

Why are you selling it now, and not then, since this is 4 months old.

I'd suggest not selling such high quality builds on this website, people will want this for around $150 (I'd presume) when realistically this could sell for 500-750.

I'm selling it now because I thought I would actually continue the server but I've lost all will to do now.

I'll throw in the minigame ideas for the games listed on the hub. I guess if the person has money they could hire a developer to develop the games.

Hey, this build looks like it was made by MrBlockByBlock and his crew, its his type of Hub/Style format, wow if you made this with some people it looks great.. Uhm but you won't get 500+ Dollars sorry..

I guess, but if they went to the builder who made this hub (probably only builder that can build this good in this style) they would wait 1-3 months..
