This was a commission build to my understanding, that's why it is worth 300+.

But obviously your not getting that on here.

you're right.. ofc a comission is pricey because the builder(s) build what you want, how you want it but reselling something thats been made for someone else will never get near the original price

This is made by MrBlockByBlock, a community-renound builder. This is his sort of style of building, and in fact you can see this build on his Planetminecraft account.

Chris is MrBlockByBlock's real name. I can vouch for Cameron (Pimped_Block), as he has been trying to sell this hub for months and has yet to find a worthy buyer.
