Selling Amazing Massive Hub

Hi,

Quick picture:

This build was made by my building partner, Gian. He has kindly asked me to sell it for him as he has had no experience doing so and we usually work together with me selling the builds we make etc.

Anyhow, the build has 8 portals, with 8 readymade texts above the portals which can be changed at no extra cost if you so wish. As you can see from the pictures, the hub is medium-large sized, and is mainly terraformed although does have a bit of structure in it. The build will be given to you in either world format, or schematic format (whichever you wish).

Could you maybe give a definite date as to the auction ending? Trying to manage my finances, especially since it's the holidays, so a definite idea of when that money ($82) needs to be in my possession would be great, and how much I can/can't spend elsewhere.

I'd say a month from now would be a good date.
