Will get terminated for mis use of these accounts if you really want an AWS account with upto 100k credits just signup yourself. https://aws.amazon.com/activate/ minimum $1,000 credits spent and $350 in developer credits spent so if you do it right and have a startup that qualifies it will be $1,350 to get upto 100k credit.
Edit: never mind didn't read it right there is no minimum credit usage that is for the one of the things they offer they will give you 1k credits, and $350 in support creds.
Their active portfolio will give you upto 100k if you qualify.
