I have a special Minecraft Minigame Server that I have been working on for 2 years up for sale. It's built very well and can be changed to suit your needs; full source code is given for the opportunity to change how you want it to be.
It is worth mentioning that two games, being Paintball Blitz and Hole in the Wall, might not be included unless you offer a good amount of money. I'd like to keep their code for future projects. All soundtracks and art are included, but icons and sounds will not be.
