I am selling of builds that I own but I never used it.
WARNING Some have very low prices but are not exclusive

I wouldn't pay $40 for the 1st map. Not really a hub either, maybe $25 or $30 and just sell as terrain not a hub

That's how it works. you buy the right to use it. The creator still has Author's Right. Usually, asking people will be more than enough.
