Selling Cheap Anarchy Server

Server averages 70+ Players.

Reason I am selling.

I started this server with my brother very recently, he passed away in a car accident 2 weeks ago and I no longer have time to look at it as he was the main one that took care of it. I know he would want me to sell it rather than just let it sit.

Info:
-It comes with the server, the files in it, and that is all.
-The server does not have a discord (wiped it).
-The server has 1 plugin.
-The server is worth nothing except the players that play on it.
-I have never had a website for it.
-It is hosted through Apex hosting.
-Comes with domain

Price;
Because I am in a hurry to sell the server and there has been no effort given into the server except recruiting players to get on and play anarchy, I am selling the server for especially cheap knowing that it averages 70+ players.

$60 I will negotiate but not a ton.
