Hey, I am new to this Forums but I heard that I can advertise my services on here, or at least offer them to the community, so here I am.

I am capable of making pretty plugins which are optimized and will run on any version of Minecraft (1.4 - 1.15) as of now, the 18th of December 2019.

My pricing depends on that what you ask, but do not think too big, small plugins go from anywhere in between of 1$ and 20$. Bigger plugins will be a bit more expensive.

My definition of a small plugin is basically something like a custom coded Combat Log or a custom coded X Ray Notifier, depending on the features you seek for of course.
