Selling CUSTOM Lag Reducer Plugin!!!

I'm selling a Lag Reducing plugin, What this plugin does is as follows;
Checks all worlds for unloaded entities and deletes the ones WITHOUT special game data, Which means any mobs/boats/lag machines that dont have name tags, saddles, are on a leash etc.
It also checks for any chunks that have been incorrectly loaded, Causing visual glitches and reloads them until they are correctly loaded, Checks for unnecessary server threads and removes them. Also scanning for incorrectly loaded water/lava blocks which can make a HUGE difference in lag; As expected it does all of the above to the nether as well.

This will ONLY be sold to one individual making the plugin extremely unique to your server making your server attract players as they will experience a smaller amount of world based server lag. THIS PLUGIN WILL NOT GIVE YOUR SERVER MORE DEDOTATED WAM, This only helps with the world that your server is in.​

The only payment method I am accepting for this is two csgo smurfs, No Paypal.

Rules
1. I dont go first, however If you wish, You can go one smurf first, Plugin then the second smurf.
2. You must not re-release the plugin
3. The plugin comes with lifetime upgrades, meaning if the plugin ever stops working for you, I will repair it and upgrade for any minecraft updates that you choose to upgrade your server to. This is not to be abused; If I choose to I can deny your request for a revision of code this is something I'm doing for you as a free service for being my customer.​

No, Anything protected with world guard is protected. Also if it has an item in it it has special game data and would not be cleared. Trust me I have gone over all of this.

Oh I didnt know that, It unloads them, but it doesnt reload incorrectly loaded blocks.
My plugin should just be called Clearlag++ Because its clearlag but its better
