First plugin: PvpingFixall (This is a fix all plugin that comes with a cooldown and the permissions.) Why? Because it saves getting other cool down plugins such as Booscooldowns and confiscating it just for one thing. Permissions: repair.all
Second plugin: PvpingChestBlock What is this? This is a plugin that block Unraidable chests. It is fully configurable of what blocks you want blocking on top of a chest. For example; glowstone chests. Get's annoying right! Well, now you can block them by this new handy plugin! Permissions: [No permission's]
