I don't know if you have heard of CriticalMC. The IP is Play.CriticalMC.net, I am willing to sell the domain for that + all the other domains I have hooked up to CriticalMC (the way I get players). I currently host them at 1and1.com, there are a ton, but I am willing to sell the account with all the domains on it. We are looking to get rid of them as we have no interest in the server anymore. Minecraft has just gotten... boring. We would be willing to send you all the files and such too for the server if you want, but they aren't even that good to be honest. If you already have your own server files or whatever, you could easily start up a huge server. We also made over $5,000 off this server, we can send proof of that too!

If you're going to sell the domain, why not sell the entire server also? If *.criticalmc.net is the domain actually driving traffic, players are not going to be happy if that is suddenly shifted to another server.
