Selling established server

Hello, I am selling a server located in Asia as for now.

I am selling the server which has over 400 daily players as traffic, and still growing daily.
It currently has 4 Minigames gamemodes which the playerbase can enjoy: CS:GO, BedWars, Arcade Games and Mercury(PGM) and it has 3 big servers Survival, Vanilla and Skyblocks which took 6 months to develop and finally release.

The discord server has over 600 users that are ACTUAL players which played at least once in the server.

The server has it's own graphics (logo, banners, icons) and a video trailer, which cost 600$! (I have the receipts from the graphic designers).

The server has at least 500$ of revenue monthly (You can see the statistics on craftingstore if you prefer).

Also I wish to sell the server to someone who can keep the brand and the name. The only reason I am selling the server is because I am no longer available to maintain it.
