So i had a lot of issues where new members purchase my product and refund it and can't do anything about it.

Tried stopping that to a measure by enabling "filters" to allow only users with at least premium or 1 year old account to purchase but they do not work new users keep purchasing my products.

This was an issue with our resource licensing system that has since been fixed I believe. It has nothing to do with the filters.

I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you
