I thought you're not able to redistribute Premium plugins? You're only allowed to use them on the server you're owner or in control of?

Unless the plugins are custom/free to the public, you may not redistribute premium plugins.

Yeah he's right you can't redistribute the plugins JAR folder that has to be brought from the spigot premium page. However you can redistribute the config file that has been configured by you. This is because even though they have the confit file they still have to buy the jar of the developer.
