Server ip: chillmcau.com (Minecraft Version 1.12)

Started this minecraft server a while ago with a friend but I don't have the time or the money to commit to it anymore. Instead of shutting it down I thought I would first see if anyone was interested in taking it off my hands first. Happy to give it away for free but you would need to pay the monthly cost of the server & any other expenses.

Monthly Price: $28.00 AUD ($21.07 USD)
Location: Sydney, Australia
Ram: 2048 MB (~2 GB)

Website Cost: Enjin advanced plan paid yearly $144.61 AUD ($86.28 USD) Already paid for until the 25th Nov 2017.

In Game Ranks: 11 (Includes 3 donation ranks & Mod, Admin, Owner ranks).
Plugins (Fully setup): CoreProtect, dynmap, WorldEdit, Lockette, Votifier, WorldGuard, MCPerks, VotingPlugin, SuperTrails, PermissionsEx, ActionAnnouncer, Vault, Essentials, SimpleFreeze, Autorank, Jobs, HolographicDisplays, SimplePets, Citizens, mcMMO, SuperVanish, Towny and ShopChest.
Spawn: Medieval looking spawn containing shops.

The server domain doesn't have a website can only be used to access the server from minecraft the website for the server is chillmcau.enjin.com
