(2)Services: a) We offer many design and development services to our clients and these services may change. b) Our goods and services are digital goods and services and we are not responsible for any data, file, and/or code loss of our goods and services. c) We may cancel any services that are being developed if we feel it is necessary. d) We may cancel any services that are being developed if there is a loss of communication with the client. e) We own all files, codes, plugins, and data that we have made for a client, unless stated otherwise, and we expect to have copyright credit given to us on our goods and/or services. (3)Purchases: a) No refunds and/or exchanges will be given to clients and customers. b) We will not negotiate with any client who charges back a purchase. c) We reserve the right to change the prices of our goods and services that we offer without refund and/or exchange. d) Our goods and services are sold “as is” and no changes will be made to them after they are sold, unless stated otherwise. e) Redistribution of our goods and services is strictly prohibited. f) Subscription fees must be paid on an agreed schedule or the subscription content will be canceled. (4)Contact: a) When a client contacts us, we will talk to and negotiate with said client and then agree on a service and/or good and price of that service/or good and how the process will proceed. (5)Privacy Policy: b) All clients’ and customers’ information is safe and secure with us. c) We will not share any clients’ personal information that is known to us such as IP addresses, street addresses, passwords, accounts, and/or full names. (6)Conclusion: a) We are happy to work on a variety of developing projects with our clients and customers.
