Selling Hypixel Skyblock scripts should be banned (Mc-market getting sued)

I'm aware that selling coins on here is no longer allowed, although there are occasionally some threads in the videogame items subforum of people selling coins (which should be deleted more often.) But, selling scripts as of now on here is 'allowed' by mc-market, and it shouldn't be. For the sake of mcm not getting hit with lawsuits that is. Hypixel recently updated their terms of service which states that these mods are strictly prohibited, and they make it clear they are willing to file lawsuits. Mick should have a read through their ToS and decide if this is something that should continue to be allowed to sell on here.

I'd say hypixel cares a lot more about this than mojang does and the first person/company they would sue would be mc-market if anything

I reported some including a thread that was selling scripts, and that particular report was denied saying that selling scripts is allowed but coins aren't. I'm aware coin shops aren't allowed, but scripts should not be as well seeing as how it's against their tos

I'm not sure then. Pretty sure they are disallowed unless that statement by Mick was ambiguous, open a ticket?

All future sales which the Hypixel section was created due to the mass amount of people selling coins but does that really extend to ANYTHING Hypixel related like Scripts? Ranked accounts that have a Hypixel rank?

Edit; I was wrong :v. I thought that it would cover scripts but apparently my interpretation was wrong rip. Had a good talk with a friend about it though.

The reason we disallowed the sale of hypixel coins/items is due to the massive amount of scams that occur with them, and since they break the Hypixel TOS anyways they aren't the direction we want to take the site so it was more hassle than it was worth. We aren't making any other changes to our policies regarding hypixel skyblock things at this time.
