I'm not exactly sure of the steady speed, but it should be somewhere between 80-100 mbps

And yes, I know 100% uptime is impossible, it's more like 99.99%

My bad, actually my server IS located in Chicago.

Your IP whois gave you the wrong geolocation.

If you run a geolocation from here, you will see that the server is indeed located in West Chicago.

Having 4 cores on a 16GB server is equivalent to a low end dedi that would cost you like 40-50 bucks anywhere else and you sell them for like 30 bucks?
