its a tricky game then that unfortunately. They can ask you upload an ID of the person the account is on, you can only change 1 or 2 letter of last name. i dont think you can change first name. Some people have had success by just adding their bank account and credit card though.
Yea it doesnt stop there to just an ID, they will ask you for documents showing proof of address (bank statements, utility bills with name and address). its a tricky situation now if you add a US bank account while the account is registered in europe thats an another red flag because of multiple account. these people at paypal are very anal. They would take anybody's money, Now a while ago RocketOG said he had a secret recipe. i am not sure if he can create all those documents or he has some other method. But if you have a credit card or bank account i think you and OP should work together and split that account if by bank account or CC it can work.
