Wanna tell us by who? And when does it end? And what custom plugins?

The CrisisMC owner bid $160. The offer ends next weekend(or whenever someone bids over $250). I made a VenomousCore plugin that contains multiple assets(such as AntiDupe, Donation Benefits, No-Glitching, e.t.c) and a donation reclaim plugin.

I've also been contacted by the owner of HypePrison, he is considering to make an offer.

I can almost guarantee no one will outbid a $160 bid on what seems to be a regular Factions server. I say this because it appears you only have 1 custom plugin, no Buycraft statistics, no screenshots of builds, no pictures of graphics, and an Enjin website that isn't even activated.

The server itself is currently online, mc-venomous.net and while the website is currently not activated, the themes and coded assets are saved in the website admin panel.

No offense, but it being online has nothing to do with the price. Also, it has 0 players online.

Edit: Oh I think you meant I could check out the builds on the server. Sorry I'm sometimes dumb

Haha, yeah that is what I meant lol, it is true I was unclear :3

The website design is pretty sick though. It has custom snake art and honestly, it doesn't look like Enjin at all.

Can we get some pictures of what it used to look like (the website)?
I'll ask Mooshy if he has any screenshots. If he doesn't then, one of us can add two days to the website so you can look.

The majority of this stuff is copied directly from the real VenomousPVP, a server that I used to be an admin on until it closed down a few months ago. The website theme, art, and builds are completely stolen from the real server. Many of the builds in this schematic package that is advertised in the thread are probably going to be mine, with the exception of one spawn that was built by Hydraxus. The website design was made by Kangaro0 and the graphics were made by smileminer (Not sure on proper username). The video below is the REAL VenomousPVP, with the spawn I assume that they will be featuring as the main build.

I cannot speak for the plugins because I cannot confirm whether or not they were remade, but they're photocopies in game of the real ones.

Edit: A few things you need to know before reading this.
FuriousPvP = The server that bought VenomousPvP.
Exontez = The owner of VenomousPvP.
Harry = Exontez.

First of all, the website theme and art itself wasn't stolen from the real VenomousPvP server. They were given to us along with the builds by Exontez himself. Second of all, I did remake all the plugins myself, along with most of the website's code, making sure it looked exactly like the old VenomousPvP. Harry himself gave us all the graphics to use as he was going to start the server with us.

Maybe it is a photocopy of the in-game real ones, however, it was logically right for us to use them as the original VenomousPvP owner started the server with us and allowed us to use all the files we were given. And as I have already told you many times, the only things we got from Harry and that we actually used are the build schematics. The graphics Exontez gave us were the ones for the old website (2.0).

The website code's was remade by myself, as it's a public code anyways. Enjin Bootstrap 3.0 Navbar, look it up. As for the hover functions on the homepage post menu.

Logically, if the owner of a server lets you use the assets he gave you and actually starts the server alongside the administrative team we would think we could use the files he gave us.

On another note; To make sure nothing is wrong between VenomousPvP/FuriousPvP and the people who will buying this setup, I have told everyone who contacted me to bid on Skype to remake the setup to fulfill their needs.

shudyson I am very sorry you feel offended by the fact that I am selling this setup, however, I nearly completely remade everything myself. Whether it's the coding, the website, chat formatting or anything else, I made almost everything myself or using the files that Exontez gave us. I had already told you this on Skype and now I feel offended that you claim we have done things we didn't, even though I repeatedly told you and prove it to you I hadn't stolen anything from the original VenomousPvP.

EVERYTHING WE DIRECTLY TOOK OFF OF VENOMOUSPVP WAS GIVEN TO US BY THE ACTUAL SERVER OWNER HIMSELF.

What seems to have been neglected in your post is that even after Exontez had given you the builds/etc, he was then reminded of the deal he had made with FuriousPVP and then proceeded to tell the owner of your server NOT to use the stuff, and you proceeded to do so. The owner that gave the stuff to you didn't even confer with the other owner about the situation, and when he did he quickly corrected his mistake in judgement and went to amend the situation. However you guys seemed to ignore that and now are looking to sell the ideas and work thought up of by other people, including myself.

Neglecting all that is above, there are some things that can be taken out of this:

-NONE of what you're buying is unique. All of it has seen time on another server (one that was up for over 2 years), with an average player base ranging from 40-140.
-All of the things above are completely based off of the work of someone else.

For the record, the website logo used was an exact copy of the original, there is no mistaking that.

Hence why I am offering to change everything to fulfill the needs of whoever buy the setup, it is literally the first thing I tell everyone who comes to me for an offer.

That is not true. The owner of FuriousPvP said and I quote "I don't care that you're remaking the server. I just don't want you guys using shudyson's builds." when we made the deal, hence why we stopped using them and we did stop using them. As for the fact that Harry came back and told us to stop using the stuff he gave us, I was never told such a thing. Maybe he told the original owner, but not reported to me. If it were, I'd have explain to Exontez that I did recreate most of the things he might thought was stolen. On top of that, we made a deal with you guys. The deal was that if we stopped using your builds, which we did, we wouldn't get any problems. However, even AFTER we made the deal, you guys did threaten to DDoS us. Whether or not it was you guys, we did get DDoS'd and you are the only people I can think of who can get through a 200GPBS DDoS protection.

I clearly told you, FuriousPvP's administrative team and FuriousPvP's owner that I recreated the files myself, thus I own the rights to them. Only things I possibly couldn't sell is the website logo(which obviously won't be used). You own the rights to VenomousPvP, not to MC-Venomous. You own the rights to the files you had bought from the original VenomousPvP, not the ones we have made. I am totally allowed to sell the server files along with the graphics I have created for the website, if you take in consideration how a DMCA strike works.

Title I: WIPO Copyright and Performances and Phonograms Treaties Implementation Act
DMCA Title I, the WIPO Copyright and Performances and Phonograms Treaties Implementation Act, amends U.S. copyright law to comply with the WIPO Copyright Treatyand the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty, adopted at the WIPO Diplomatic Conference in December 1996. The treaties have two major portions. One portion includes works covered by several treaties in U.S. copy prevention laws and gave the title its name. For further analysis of this portion of the Act and of cases under it, seeWIPO Copyright and Performances and Phonograms Treaties Implementation Act.

The second portion (17 U.S.C. 1201) is often known as the DMCA anti-circumvention provisions. These provisions changed the remedies for the circumvention of copy-prevention systems (also called "technical protection measures") and required that all analog video recorders have support for a specific form of copy prevention created by Macrovision (now Rovi Corporation) built in, giving Macrovision an effective monopoly on the analog video-recording copy-prevention market. The section contains a number of specific limitations and exemptions, for such things as government research and reverse engineering in specified situations. Although, section 1201(c) of the title stated that the section does not change the underlying substantive copyright infringement rights, remedies, or defenses, it did not make those defenses available in circumvention actions. The section does not include a fair use exemption from criminality nor a scienter requirement, so criminal liability could attach even unintended circumvention for legitimate purposes.[3] The Unlocking Technology Act of 2013 was introduced to attempt to fix these oversights, which include prohibitions on unlocking one's own cell phone.[4][5] However, no action was taken by Congress as of the end of 2013.

Title II: Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act
DMCA Title II, the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act ("OCILLA"), creates a safe harbor for online service providers (OSPs, including ISPs) against copyright infringement liability, provided they meet specific requirements. OSPs must adhere to and qualify for certain prescribed safe harbor guidelines and promptly block access to alleged infringing material (or remove such material from their systems) when they receive notification of an infringement claim from a copyright holder or the copyright holder's agent. OCILLA also includes a counternotification provision that offers OSPs a safe harbor from liability to their users when users claim that the material in question is not, in fact, infringing. OCILLA also facilitates issuing of subpoenas against OSPs to provide their users' identity.

Title III: Computer Maintenance Competition Assurance Act
DMCA Title III modified section 117 of the copyright title so that those repairing computers could make certain temporary, limited copies while working on a computer. It reversed the precedent set in MAI Systems Corp. v. Peak Computer, Inc., 991 F.2d 511 (9th Cir. 1993).

Title IV: Miscellaneous Provisions
DMCA Title IV contains an assortment of provisions:

  • Clarified and added to the duties of the Copyright Office.
  • Added ephemeral copy for broadcasters provisions, including certain statutory licenses.
  • Added provisions to facilitate distance education.
  • Added provisions to assist libraries with keeping phonorecords of sound recordings.
  • Added provisions relating to collective bargaining and the transfer of movie rights.
Title V: Vessel Hull Design Protection Act
DMCA Title V added sections 1301 through 1332 to add a sui generis protection for boat hull designs. Boat hull designs were not considered covered under copyright law because they are useful articles whose form cannot be cleanly separated from their function.

Following the rules of DMCA, I cannot recreate something or remake something that has been licensed, without having a license myself.
VenomousPvP never had a license, nor does FuriousPvP currently. Thus, meaning everything is legal and nothing but the logo is copyrighted/licensed.
