Its honestly not that good in my opinion. Try adding some more detail, and most medieval houses don't have circular roofs. I would try adding more of a pointed roof? But good job, nevertheless.

It's nice but not finished. Turn it into a map with different buildings, natural landscape and that will do the trick. Build's this size don't often sell.
