Selling MegaNetwork ~$250

Hello, I am Mark owner/founder of mega network, currently I have been having some In Real Life issues and I cannot go further with Mega Network. The whole network is currently being revamped although even if the server is sold my server squad will finish the server because I have paid them to do it. Lets talk more about the network, we currently have 3 servers (hub, op factions and op-prison) each server has custom plugins and different aspects of the gamemode. So far the server has made $300 in the past month.The servers playerbase is normally 20-30 people on factions and 20 people on prison.
Starting bid: $250 (Negotiable)
The server is worth $250 in my eyes is because I have invested a lot of money to the server and I think it is worth $250.

So.. This is how I see it.

1) You have 0 rep
2) 9 posts
3) No decent proof is given
4) Nothing is found on Google about this server
5) You made bang on $300 this month? Seems a bit sketchy...
6) Your selling the server for $250 even though it has made $300 this month? Surely that is too little of a starting price?
7) You also haven't told us (the potential buyer) anything about the network other than it has Prison + Factions.
8) So in the middle of the revamp you decided to sell? Seems a bit sketchy once again.

Overall with the above there is no way ill be bidding, I assume everyone else is the same.

7. Hmm lets start. I have hired a few youtubers to record a 12 ep series on the server after the revamp to increase the playerbase. Both Prison and Factions have custom plugins to change the aspect of the server. We have voting and crate keys to give players a reason to vote for the server. I have a dev team to assist you with anything. Many plugins in the server have been configured to each servers gamemode.
8. I was meant to say after the revamp was finished you could buy it or during the revamp you could peek in and see whats going on.
