Selling MineCharge Server Files Maybe domain

So I got giving minecharges files and I dont want to use them so I thought that someone else can use it.

I have proof that the owner of the files gave me permission to the files and will have no problem proving I have them. I will be selling this to ONE person only so make sure to add me on skype quick @ wforwake

Ontop of that, files alone are not worth 400$. it could be hypixel's files, but there isn't anything particularly valuable except probably their plugins.
