Selling Minecraft Hosting Division of a Host

Hi,

Currently we are in the process of looking for a potential buyer for the game division of System413. The reason for the sale is the fact that the division is slightly profitable, with a not insignificant amount of revenue, however the time it takes up in our business is unproportionate to the amount of profit, and we wish to focus on higher revenue Dedicated and VPS plans.

I am happy to provide revenue, and projected profit upon request.

Our game division is its own legally registered company (413 Game LTD), and the nodes are separated from our VPS and Dedicated Servers, so it should just be a case of transferring Hetzner and WSI servers over.

They're surprisingly getting more reputable, new management and business models, have a lease to own agreement with them atm. And I've been involved with them in their past, even made a winterhoax thread on them.

I don’t know, myself and many other people had a horrendous experience trying to purchase that company. Anyone looking to buy needs to tread with caution. If I were a prospective buyer, I wouldn’t find the risk worth it.
