Wishing to sell me OP Prison server

Hello im the previuos owner of NinjaCore and are wishing to sell my Op Prison. its is Fully custom built besides the floor of the spawn and it comes with the following.

Rankup System A-Z (Including staff)
Custom Plugins
Custom Buil mines
Pvp arenas
Donator Perms
Donator Kits
Donor Areas
Crates
Pvp level system
and more..

It is a fully configered server that is sitting around not being used due to lack of time and money. I would like to see it being put into good use.

All I ask of the person the want to buy it is that they
1. Give me credit (using a sign at spawn or something)
2. Don't resell or give it out without contacting me first.

Once you sell it you no longer own it the new owner then can do whatever he/she wants with the builds or custom plugins that you may have. They can also re sell the sever again they dont need your permission since this was a money deal.
