Selling my Quakeverse Hub server $75

So I am selling my QuakeVerse hub

The server comes with many custom payed for plugins

It has Skyblock,Kitpvp,Factions, and Skywars
They are all Completed by the way.
The hub has its own spawn already done
But the portals need setting up

Negotiating is acceptable I wont take lower than 75 dollars
But Its a really good server took months to make fully
And complete it.

Before you go on Quakeverse, Let me give my honest thoughts about this server:

-Some maps are downloaded (Skywars, Factions).
-Selling premium plugins -> Says he will give "a portion of the money to the dev of the premium plugins".
-Claims about having a "custom" kitpvp plugin when I can find it here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/kitbattle-advanced.2872/.
-Lots of inconsistencies between what he is telling me and what the reality is.
-Setup is eh.
-Besides the downloaded portions, the non-downloaded builds are nice!

This is definitely not worth $200-$300. I would appraise it at about $50-$75. No playerbase, etc. I could make a better network, honestly.
