I'm currently trying to sell a theme for Xenforo. My price for the theme at a minimum is $15 for a person to purchase without the rights to re-sell it. I do offer the chance to purchase the re-sell rights of the theme, However it will come with quite a hefty price added on top of the original price anyway.
