I quickly joined this server.

The hub is not very nice. Portals are very glitchy and you can simply tell it was rushed.

The server also has no player-base.

Yes the server has a 7 playerbase. Before prison was whitelisted.

What makes this generic setup worth $30-$40?

A Network consists of multiple server connected via Bungee from the description this is just a singular server.

There is prison , creative and factions connected to a bungeecord server.

After looking into the server more - especially the factions I cannot recommend anyone to buy this server.

Many things look very nice but even more parts of the server look very rushed...

You should drop the price down to like $15, or sell it non-exclusively for like $5. This is a generic setup with nothing unique about it that seems rushed and non-professional. Something like this could easily be made by someone instead of giving you $30 for it
