Hello.

My friend has asked me to publish this for him on his behalf, he has run out of time to continue with his project of a minecraft host. Therefore which is why I am posting this, below you can check the details out about the host, and any other needed information.

What's included?

- The domain.
- Website theme.
- Dedicated gaming server.
- WHMCS License.
- MultiCraft
- Companies hosting account.

Unfortunately there's no clients included in this transfer, however would be good for someone who has the time to make the needed changes and of course run the host.

COMPANY NAME: HOSTYOURCRAFT LLC
COMPANY LINK: HOSTYOURCRAFT.COM
BIN: $500
Starting bid: $50

Type
Offering
PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

The website just prompts for a username and password and if I don't login, I just get a 401 error. Whats the actual website link?

How are you expecting a $500 BIN with a non-working/public website?

The site doesn't seem to be working at all. Also can we get some more information like statistics? How much the company has made, number of clients etc. Also some sort of proof that you're friend owns this company and is allowing you to sell it.

The site has only just gone down, and no clients are made with this transfer. However once the site is backup, I will ensure proof is given of ownership.

Surely the site hasn't gone down since we are getting 401 errors. Who ever owns this site has clearly set something up wrong.

Plus I don't get how you could EVER have a 401 error on the homepage of a website if the person had any knowledge of web development...

By Dedicated Gaming Server, do you mean resold from OVH, or owned hardware that's colocated? Also, what're the specifications of said server?

Server is from SYS and why on earth would it be owned hardware - he would be wanting way over what he's looking at now pal.

Intel I7-6700K
4c/8t 4GHz /4.2GHz
64GB DDR4 ECC 2400 MHz

Maybe you could actually open it to the public (not using the username and password) before you try to sell this. That would allow people to quote a better offer if you are really looking to sell this.

The bin should be $50, not $500. Simple HTML + WHMCS Integration. No clients, No Reputation and No statistics. It really doesn't have much to it besides that...

However you are getting a company that's been registered as an LLC within the state of New York. I'd be taking my friend for an idiot, if I set the BIN as $50...[DOUBLEPOST=1506353478][/DOUBLEPOST]

You always have one...

I would take that offer from him :)

That doesn't really add much value. If I were to buy it that LLC would be useless as I'd run it under my own LLC anyway.

So the LLC was registered in NY state, were the proper Newspaper posts made after registration? I had been looking into a NY LLC myself and noticed you could be fined without the posts.

Section 206 of the New York State Limited Liability Company Law requires that within 120 days after the effectiveness of the initial articles of organization, a limited liability company (LLC) must publish in two newspapers a copy of the articles of organization or a notice related to the formation of the LLC. The newspapers must be designated by the county clerk of the county in which the office of the LLC is located, as stated in the articles of organization. After publication, the printer or publisher of each newspaper will provide you with an affidavit of publication. A Certificate of Publication, with the affidavits of publication of the newspapers attached, must be submitted to the New York Department of State, Division of Corporations, One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12231. The fee for filing the Certificate of Publication is $50.

Regardless if it’s registered or not, the company cannot be valued at a high price simply because it is a registered LLC.

Something is not right about this post anyways. The creator of the post wasn't able to provide the login credentials to the website (Until another member stepped in), plus, he said: "My friend has asked me to publish this for him on his behalf." That's cool and whatnot, but how do we know you're authorized to sell it?

Also, It says "Grand Opening," on the website, therefore, it doesn't seem like the company was ever opened. This could honestly, in my book, look like a scam. No, I am not saying you'd scam someone, but something does not feel right about this thread. Maybe it's just me?

If it’s an actual owned license, I would be interested in purchasing it :) even though I honestly have 4 that aren’t being used :/

Edit: 4 leased*
