? I’m not frauding, I just opening a new bank under my name and then get rid of it.

You can just verify your phone number on uk and thats it.

Is this even allowed to sell?? I would never buy something like this. I like my own Paypal that are verified. It isnt so difficult to get verified. Just make a real account and not fake ones.
