Reason of selling: No motivation and way to busy for me to work on some what alone

I'm going to ask a few questions that'll help others who are interested

1. Do the custom plugins come with SRC?
2. Is the build custom, purchased, or free?
3. Do we receive full rights to the plugins, builds, and the server as a whole upon purchase?
4. Does it feature unique features?

I personally am not interested in this, as I make my own servers/rework servers I get permission to do so but those questions tend to get asked a lot.
