Selling other people's work?!

I'm new here so might not fully understand how things work but browsing researches, especially builds and schematic files I noticed a LOT of stuff from other places and other people with a price tag attached.

Are the owners of Mc-market ok with that?!

Seems very wrong to me.

MC-Market staff are not ok with reselling others resources

I have been running servers for 10 years so have bought resources from people. Mostly via planet minecraft. I now have seen some here for sale by very different people. Hence the question.

But to answer your question. Whatever content you wish to sell you must have the right to distribute it, not stealing someone else's work. For example, I cannot go on to a server world download their map and attempt to sell it, as I have no right to sell that build; however, I can commission a build team mentioning that I want full rights to the build, and then I would be able to sell it.

Rule:
5.4 Do not offer/request/promote anything you do not own or have the right to redistribute.

Report the resources, with links to the other source if they're not apparently the same author.
