Selling ownership (only pay fees)

My current server has been up for around 2 months now, and since then college has taken up a lot of my time, especially university trips and preparation, as a result I don't think I can manage the server anymore, which has lead to a decrease in not only my activity, but player activity.

So what I'm looking for is someone to pay the server bills (currently around $4 with endermite) and they'll be named as owner and receive 90% of all donations, now you might be asking "Well why do I only get 90% when I'm paying and running the server myself" well that's simple, the server already has a small playerbase, most of which are on discord. I will also still be helping you with the server if you have any problems such as bugs or plugins not working, I'll help out and act like a sort of customer support.

Now for some details on the server. It's a 1.10 Skyblock server, the website is AetherCloud.co and the IP is Mc.AetherCloud.co (domain and site managed by one of my online friends so any changes can still be made, or you can just completely redo the entire thing) Last month we got a revenue of $61.00 (we use enjin to do donations since buycraft doesn't have groups which messes up a few things, proof here http://i.imgur.com/dtDpO3A.png) Things included are of course the server files and access to change anything on the multicraft panel, in game owner rank with * permission and /op, 5 versions of my own free made banner (pretty shit don't bother using it), a woodpunchgraphics banner with original file, under 750kb file and under 350kb file, a project wonderful banner (basically a small banner used for project wonderful, not as good as the normal banner but it fits project wonderful's restrictions), some graphics files of blocks used for the donation store along with similar keys and currency, a staff document explaining some core values (not really finished but it's just to help staff out, I'll probably continue making another one of these for rules etc anyway).

The current player base is probably around 6-10 although most are inactive as of now since no one is on and I'm not pushing out updates or votes etc

I currently don't exactly own the domain since my friend runs that along with our current xenforo site, and unfortunately I doubt I can get the players back any time soon unless someone else steps in and starts running the server actively, hence why I'm offering it.

Except if this one gets some actual good owner then the older players will most likely rejoin, not only that but this is pretty much set up, you only need to change certain parts if you went a different angle from what I was aiming for
