Selling PayPal Account $99.01

Hello everyone,

I've been having a load of Issues with Paypal recently and decided to make a new account to manager my server donations. But I have an Issue when I try to pay for something or send money Is comes up with this error message http://prntscr.com/hxbq0d

I called Paypal and asked them why this was happening and they said I must add a Bank account to my account to avoid any interruptions from the security.

My problem Is I already have my card linked to another Paypal account that Im having an Issue with. All you need to do to be able to send the funds Is add and confirm your bank account which will take you 3-5 minutes If you have online banking.

This account has no Limitations and this Is the only Issue with It. I'm looking to sell this account for $70 which gives you a $29 profit for 5 minutes of your time. If do link your account and have any Issues I'll try my best to help you and even contact Paypal to see whats happening. If the problem percists I'll give you your money back.

I'm making a new Paypal or I can accept Bitcoin.

It's very true. I middlemanned someone last night, and the buyer got fucked over because he couldn't add a bank account.

There isn't one if you plan to sell. Try calling PayPal, don't know.

Although there are some people (definitely on HF, don't know about MC-M) who offer services to verify the account, regardless of names, using grey-hat method similar to old VCC method, but like a bank account instead.

I've called paypal before & have told them i signed up with a 'ficticious name' and asked if they could manually add a bank account & credit card and they did it.
But took me about 1 hour to try explain it too them.

It could work, but I feel like not all PayPal employees are that gracious.

Again, I am no scammer. It was a small issue that I have resolved, and I wanted to put it out there to clear the air.

Couldn't you just send the money thats on it to your current paypal?

I worked last night when I tried £8 but I was only testing as F&F so i went back to It later on to transfer all my funds to my friends account and It showed the same message. Maybe Its because i'm logging into so many Paypal accounts on one IP and the security systems fucked.

Try doing it in small increments if that worked, you would lose some through the tax but it should be less than the 29$ you would lose.

Limited accounts can not send or receive money. They are frozen. After 180 days, you can put it into a bank account. That's it.

The account wasn't limited I've got a friend to add his card and I've spent the funds.
