Hello. I recently came across a spawn I used with my friend on another server I previously owned.
It is pretty decent and hasn't been in use for the last 1+ year now and wont be for the forseeable future unless the buyer chooses to.
The spawn contains PVP around it where you can choose where you want to enable it.
It has houses and lakes around the spawn point where the PVP can be.
It also contains A-D warps. You can even edit what goes there to your likings if you wish.

BIN - No BIN.
