Selling my factions & pvp server

Hey there. I'm AsianJaguar and today i am selling my factions server. This server is not OP Factions just an ordinary factions gamemode.
I would like to firstly say that our player base is at the moment of 5 players as previously it used to be around 25 - 30 players at peak times. Now that i have changed the IP of the server its now time to sell it.
The only reason as to why i am selling this server is because i have my gcse exams next year and I do not want to be disturbed.

I am selling the server for around 70 bucks.
