3 donator ranks + kits fully setup permissions etc. Keep in mind this setup does not contain
a spawn building

By looking at the plugin list, I can presume that this server cannot have many unique or custom features and is extremely generic.

I didn't say it's a unique setup I just said it has features like Auctions etc but i'll change the BIN To 7.

And those "features" such as auctions are avilaiable to every server.
