I wanted to buy this but i noticed "payment will be in Family and friends" so this is a complete scam. nobody uses friends and family for purchases over 100$ when you need to send the money first.

If you are willing to consider that i can use Services and goods i will be willing to buy your server for 80$

Yep. Scam. Any respectable person allows the buyer to have buyer protection. If i would file a dispute you can provide screenshots that you did indeed transfer ownership ..
