Theres also no where's saying they are not allowed to sell so I would say they are good to go since the artist does not care what happens after the initial sale. If artist had cared he would of made is ToS so lack and would of had to directly said "You are NOT allowed to re-sell this product."

Except that no proof of the initial cost is being provided, or even evidence that the original person who sold it to Sixth bought it.

I would assume it's an exclusive logo, And I don't doubt that they have bought it since they claim it has been a while back since they have got it. And if that was me and I bought it that long ago I wouldn't have any SS or anything either.

If they bought it, they can go back and get screenshots. Previous chatlogs aren't deleted on any apps other than Snapchat. (I'm pretty sure, at least.)

True, Also while checking back that logo was in the Spoiler section of buddy's signature so I would provide proof if ANY. A bit sus.
