I cant do it with other servers because they are all suspended and they are all about to expire and remove from my account. This is the only server that is up. This is the Creative server.

Most of the builds I saw from the picture look amature and you don't have nearly enough information for this to be worth $250. Tell us what makes this unique, what sets it apart from all the other servers or networks for sale on mcm. Why should we trust a new member whose account was created Saturday selling something this big for that much. You should gain rep before doing this big of a sale. Not only that but to me this honestly looks like something put together in a week at most. Not worth $250 in my opinion. Maybe $25-30 of the builds where better.
This server is unique because me and my Developers spent about 2 months working on this. We were trying to hurry and release it to get money to continue to pay it. But 1 of the servers ended up being suspended because me and the other owner could not afford to pay it. So what I did is talked to the other owner and said what could we do for this server. And we though sell it! So I made an account here like you said on Saturday. Since we spend soo much time on this we put the price $250. My builder spent about 1-3 days with some of these builds. And the worse thing is he doesnt like World Edit. So he did all this by hand. And we offerd him money but he didnt want to take it. So that is why this makes this server unique. Want more information I will contact the other owner to comment on this too.
That gave me no information on how this is unique. All you said was some bs about a load of time you spent on this. What exactly did you do with your developers in those two months. You need to include that sort of stuff dude. I don't care about your builder doing by hand, that is his fuckin problem he doesn't like world edit. Those builds are horrid even for hand built which I may add gave him a better chance to add detail that is certainly missing. Please add information on what exactly makes this unquie, not about your teams "struggle" on making this. You seriously need to put a ton of work into making this better if you want to sell it for that much.
Ok look dude I just cant afford any more of these servers. So I want to sell them to someone who they will use them. If you are not intrested then please just leave. I will talk to people who are intrested show them what they want to know by letting them join the server. So if you are just here to judge me please just leave.
Ok, I will leave but just saying that this isn't nearly worth the $250 you say it is. I can make anyone these setups custom to their liking for only $50. I am willing to listen and maybe bid only if you tell me what EXACTLY makes them unique.

You're the one selling the server, you're arguing with someone when you're wrong. You've given no information about this server at all, if you think it's worth $250 that's fine, but you're not saying anything to back it up. Maybe in your head it is, because you know what's on the server, but nobody here is gonna be able to read your mind.
I spent a long time on a server too, way more time and way more money than you and I couldn't really do anything with it for a long time, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be worth 25% of what I paid to make it all if I tried to sell it. So I'm gonna try to finish it instead.
