Lately the player base has died down because I haven't had time to be active in the community. The server has a great retention rate. If you advertise it properly you can expect to make your money back very quickly. The quality of the server is very good and the builds are even better. Everything is consistent and setup properly.

Put the server ip as well as proof of ownership, no one is going to waste their time if you won't put in any effort in proving all that, as well as not wanting to tell your player base that you are selling it is a HUGE problem to buyers.

If you want proof of ownership you are probably a serious buyer, then you wouldn't mind adding me on Skype to discuss this.
I will make a formal news post when I sell it, welcoming the new owner.
