My current server, which has earned me $145 within the first week of opening (It's only been up about a week). The player-base averages about 15 normally, lows at about 5, peaks at about 30. This comes with the Banner, Domain, Website, and Server Files. (Great Factions, Skyblock, and Prison Servers). Bidding Starts at $75 With Increments of $25.

He doesn't need to put down signs but it was unethical of him to resell the downloaded builds without acknowledging it.

The builds are just a bonus, its the configured plugins are what people want. (Atleast I hope haha)

It's not... it's completely fine to sell a server with downloaded builds with the intention of selling it as a functional server. He's not selling the builds alone for money, so it's not against the rules.
