Had a look at the server and stuff looks to either be rushed or using default files. The current bid is $400 which seems highly overpriced.

Stuff that is questionable (My personal opinion)

He has changed elements of /is top, however it has a rushed look (Missing glass/own island placeholder for example)

Server is 1.8 and doesn't have exploit protection from what I can see. Hub scoreboard and npcs in general look to be of poor quality

Was unable to review more as the server went down twice

The log4j exploit was patched client-side (Can't test server-side due to not having a test environment)

Seems to have a custom shop gui (Shopgui)
