Hello, I have created and cultivated a small SMP server and community over the last 15 months and due to personal reasons I will be taking an extended (6 month) vacation and will not be able to continue with my responsibilities. I'm hoping someone here will be eager to take over and keep the server in good hands. I do love the server and it's players and do not WANT to sell but it's necessary at this time. I would love to be able to come back after my break and be able to play on it again with my friends.
Details:
The server was started on Feb. 2nd 2020. There has been no map resets in the overworld. The End has had it's end cities wiped once, and the Nether was partially wiped for the 1.16 update. The map is full of wonderful builds and history. Many players have been around for 6+ months. Some plugins/datapacks are installed, based on community voting. The server is "self-moderating" to a point, meaning that all players have access to coreprotect inspect.. allowing players to identify rule breakers and report them quicker. I've found giving transparency to players creates a closer cooperative community. This NOT a for-profit server but has been funded through player donations for over 7 months.
Currently running Paper 1.16.5
About 10 to 20 active players per day.
Current hosting costs approx. $50 a month
Discord community has just under 500 members.
Whitelisted server with over 300 whitelisted members.
Over 1200 unique UUID's have joined.
Map files storage is approximately 76 GB.
Included would be all server files, domain name and Discord.
I would be available until Mid-April to help with any transition.
Current experienced and dedicated staff members, as well as those in training.
