By bidding on or purchasing SolarityMC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sold "As-Is"
The server files, assets, and databases are sold in their current state. No future updates, bug fixes, or warranties are implied or guaranteed after the handover is complete.

2. Non-Refundable
All sales are final. Once the files/assets have been transferred to the buyer, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Plugin Rights (Non-Exclusive)
You (the buyer) will receive the source code for the custom plugins for your own use, modification, and maintenance. However, I (the seller) retain the full right to use, distribute, or publicly release this code in the future. You do not hold exclusive rights to the code logic.

4. Migration Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for setting up their own hosting environment and migrating the data. The seller is not responsible for data loss or technical issues caused by the buyer's hosting setup during or after migration.
