It's been 10 months since we released our network, which has mainly focused on a custom texture pack SMP experience. We used to peak at 250+ players during our good times, but it has gone down to 60-100 players since we're no longer as active on the project as we used to be.
The network itself consists of the following items
Ghost and Tebex sites.
Discord server.
Artwork and domain.
Server files and setup (Detailed below).
TikTok account (about 7k followers), which also comes with 40 TikToks that you may reupload, which used to get millions of views.
YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
A dedicated team able to manage the staff team, perform updates, and develop game modes.
Server setup
The network consists of (Proxy (1-2), Auth, Lobby (1-2), Earth server, Cross-server survival).
Earth server (Custom core, custom resource pack with detailed menus, cosmetics, crates, and pets).
Cross-server survival 1.20:
Custom cross-server core that syncs most of the plugin data through Redis and Mongo.
Texture pack based.
Comes with mines and some custom systems that we were developing (RPG-based).
Custom quests and tutorial plugin (great retention).
About 4,000 EUR invested.
NOTE
We also developed a BoxPvP, Lifesteal and Skyblock server, all of them texture pack-based, which we never released but you can get within the network. The Skyblock server is also cross-server based for better scalability and texture pack-based (custom menus, models, and animated pixel art).
