Selling Speedrun Practice | Never heard of server idea ( HUGE POTENTIAL )

About: Hello, today I have decided to sell my project Speedrun Practice. This is not your traditional type of server, it's a new type of idea with the potential of hundreds to thousands of players. As speedrunning has become more popular lately I realised that there was no Minecraft server to practice speedrunning. This server is currently released and you can join at speedrunpractice.club although we have not heavily advertised yet.

Why am I selling: I have decided to sell as I am not finding the motivation in owning this server as it is taking a lot of time from my life that I simply do not have. School is picking up and I am focusing more on the real world instead of Minecraft.

What will this purchase come with:

How would this be profitable at all? Somebody could easily practice MLG waterbuckets and portal building in a single-player world. The whole point of multiplayer servers is so you can play with other players. If there is no multiplayer aspects of the server, its pretty pointless and probably not even worth $30.

Alongside that, you don't have artwork, you have a pretty shitty domain, and no playerbase to work with.
You're selling an idea with some POC files, and tbh, the idea doesn't seem all that great.

Anyway, I'm not saying your limited to those modes as I will be transferring the source code too allowing you to paste scehms and use timers easily. You have a 21 character, unoriginal, and uncreative domain.
Theres no icon, logo, or banner, just some generic gif of a timer and a trophy.

Bedwarspractice.club is literally a 20 character name the exact same and unoriginal/uncreative domain is literally good so people can remember it and type it in easily. The gif is the animated logo I can upload the logo if you want. The "POC" files has 100's of hours of playtime and honestly it's kinda sad your this dedicated to shitting on someone else's thread.
