Selling successful server (30-50 Playerbase)!

This used to be a server of mine which I got bored at so I shut it down.
I do have proof of the playerbase and ownership of these files.
We had a youtuber with around 20k subscribers and 18k and 1k.
I am also going to sell the IP (With extra charge)
You may lookup the server on youtube etc (DCGNetwork.net Factions)
It is a Factions server with no invisible potions its God apple pvp (you can configure this to be changed)

Advertisement of that server would take literally less than 3 hours to get back at least 15 players...

Still not the claimed 35-50 player base it is advertised of having.
