I'm not selling the server + the plugins, I'm selling the server however i've gotten permission from the plugin developers to also provide the jar file. At least i took my time and i contracted the developers first just to make sure they'd be okay with that.

I think it’s okay to sell premium resources if it’s an established server here and it’s being sold exclusively to a single buyer for use. It’s therefore okay in that sense. However, if you were selling it as a setup or as ‘server files included’ then it would not be okay to include premium JAR files.

I sold the server as is, The whole host along with the server files and every right that i used to have of the server ownership have been given to another person, It's not a setup that i'll continue to redistribute or sell again since i no longer have the ownership of the server.

If an MC Market staff member would like to contact with me i'd be more than happy to provide additional information and proof from the plugin developers that i indeed had permission to do what i did.

The new owner of the server won't be provided with plugin updates, It'll be up to him whether or not he wants to buy the actual product from the developer or not in order to stay up to date.
