Selling Survival server with Resell rights! (1.16.4)

Premade Survival server that comes with Resell rights!

I simply do not have the time to offer support to players that might want to buy the resource, so I want to sell it to someone that does have time.

I have created this server myself and is nearly finished but does need a little work.

Some info:
This is a Survival/SMP server running on PaperMC 1.16.4.
The server can run on 4gb.
The server is running 39 plugins.
Builds are NOT exclusive. (link to spawn below)

Current to do list:
Make better prizes for the crates.
Add someway of earning coins. (no jobs)
Install & Setup Anti-Cheat.
